- Where can I use my discount/coupon code?
You can use your coupon in the last step of the order process. Just enter the code in the field below the total price. Click on 'apply coupon' and the revised total will be shown.
- What if my discount doesn't work?

- Can I use discount combinations?
Yes, you are able to use the friend referral, the newsletter and any other discount codes at the same time.
Payments
- What payment methods do you offer?
Credit/Debit card: You can pay securely on our website with credit or debit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Your credit or debit card data is encrypted via a safe SSL-method.
- Can I order by phone?
Sorry, due to security reasons we don’t accept orders by phone. We have designed the Emma Sleep website as a convenient way through which all our customers can use and submit payments. - Can we do bank transfer from overseas bank?
We do not recommend bank transfer using foreign bank account. Using (the country) bank account would be the safest and the fastest way to submit your payment.
- How long will it take for my payment to be verified?
Mastercard, Visa, Virtual Bank Transfer, and e-Wallet will be automatically confirmed by our system. While for manual bank transfer, it will take within 1x24 hour for Emma team to check and confirm your payment.
